These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of threefoldsupply.com and any purchase of products or services from ThreeFold Supply Co., a California limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We sell custom-printed apparel and original designs. Product images are representative; actual colors and placement may vary slightly due to the print process and your display. We may decline or cancel any order, including for artwork we cannot lawfully print (for example, third-party trademarks or copyrighted material you are not authorized to use).
If you supply artwork or instructions, you represent that you have the rights to use it and grant us the rights needed to produce your order. You are responsible for approving proofs, sizes, and spelling before production.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
We ship via USPS and other carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ThreeFold Supply Co.'s total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
